RETURN POLICY

Important:

Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Returning a Product

Timeframe:
You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:

  • same condition as received: unused and in its original packaging.
  • thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

Damage Due to Personal Use

We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.
Any damage that is not a result of a manufacturing defect is not covered under our return policy.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear and lingerie.

How to Start the Return Process

To request a return, please email us at support@maeveandorla.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • A photo of the item (in case of damage)
  • Your contact information

Refund

Procedure:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming:

  • approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. If the issue persists, contact us at support@maeveandorla.com.

Return Costs

  • are the responsibility of the customer.
  • recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Return address:
Returns must be sent to Asia.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Exceptions

Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
If the issue occurs again on the second delivery, you will receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, due to our automated processing system.
